Esamopia announces all citizens with the name of "James" (either first or last name,) are to report immediately to James Detention Centers... they have until noon tomorrow to report, those who show up will not be harmed.
Any persons attempting to change their names during this time will be banned from doing so, and any persons named "James" not at a James College (or Detention Center,) will be summarily executed.
The government has announced that it has a very good reason for doing this, but will not make it public for at least a week, due to matters of national security.
