under the cover of darkness 500 SAS Troops landed on the southern border and made their way North to observe the carnage. Fighting any resistance that awaits them.

GEA imidiately sends choppers covered by fighters to asist the rangers. A small forces are being deplyoed to cover to med-evac from the ground and after it the fall back to the choppers. First aid is given on the board of the choppers as hospitals on the main ships are put into state of emergency. The losses were low as the enemy had more problems to worry about atm.

ooc: and now a little help for Buka Makalu
First your troop numbers are a little unrealistic. Second, the speed and amount of damage you did is also a little unrealistic. Lower your forces numbers and play out you assualt. Also coordinate your actions with your allies to avoid friendly fire accidents. Soon you will be kicking ass and taking names and people will take you seriously.

Know that they all lived and died with the highest honor and they will recieve the greatest of gifts at Mount Celestia. Unfortunatly Friendly fire is a sad effect of mass war.

Celeborne part of your rangers did make it through. They are at our hospitals. Some of them are ready to be transfered to your ships or your command outpost in the region of war. Do not mourn all of them so fast ;-) as we were glad and fast to asist. GEA out !

The Amphibious assualt groups begin thier deadly voyage. As they hit the beach 18,000 marines are vomited up on the beach by AAVs under the cover of support fire from helicopters overhead.

They slowly stalk up the beach and begin the harsh duty of preparing a landing area for the rest of the forces.

A short time later Airbourn forces begin to drop into the country and begin the neutralization of towns, cities and enemy bases.

IC: The bridge crews sighed a little when they heard the rangers who had survived the attack were being taken back to GEA hospitals.

"Whew," one man said, "Get a transport over there to pick them up."

(All 900 SAS troopers join up with Celeborns troops and command is temporarily handed over to him.) We're ready with air or Naval strikes if they are ever needed.

OOC: I guess since we have recieved no replys from the enemy forces we just have to take it from here...

The marines took some losses in the advance, that was to be expected. This were grim seasoned veterans who knew that any day in combat could be the last. Covered in foriegn mud and domestic blood they set up th elanding strips in time to allow friendly aircraft a spot to deposit the tanks and other vehicles needed to move the force and support teams along. Paratroopers set up a perimeter to protect the area.
Medic teams began setting up triage centers and the M.A.S.H. units were preparing to move out.

Our SAS are the most skilled and effective scouts and commandos in the world. ((Just like Australia's SAS in RL) We've been a pivotal part to George W Bush's Attacks on Afghanistan & Iraq))

"Whew," one man said, "Get a transport over there to pick them up."

The transport is given escort as soon as it reaches nearabouts of GEA fleet. The escort consists of 2 corvetes.

The soldiers lightly wounded and the ones which have a stabile state are transfered to the transport ship immiediately . The severly wounded are kept though in the hopsitals at it too dangerous for them to be moved. All medical info is handled to Larkinian transport as well. The Larkinian personal was also allowed to inspect the state of those wounded troops that have to stay behind. Commander Harold Cohen himself promises to the cpatain of the transport that they will be given proper care as in GEA everything is of high standards ;-) !

The transport is being escorted by 2 corvetes , 2 fighters and one destroyer to Larkinian fleet. The capatain is caarying a letter given by the Commander of GEA forces containing offer to exchenge embassys and establish close diplomatic realtions. Maybe in future more cooperative one ?

Buka Makalu SAS forces are taken under Celebornian command and assigned recon and demolitions duty.

Now Reaching Eridia, a city in Communistz. They see they the capital is only 5 miles away.

If there was no place for our forces to assist in ground offensive we were glad to asist in the air and by minimalising our losses by providing cover and medical aid.

As the communist threat to Trixia has been defeated, all Eredron forces are preparing for withdrawal; Naval Task Force Alpha will remain on patrol 30 miles off the coast of Communistz. The Eredron Strategic Bomber Force has been returned to the Eredron Northern Region Military Complex.

OOC: Nice job to all involved, had a bit of fun. Not much point in continuing, as the Communist side stopped responding a long time ago.

OOC: Wow, it appears we are all working in different time zones here. That explains the lack of communication. I will agree that, despite our best efforts, the invasion of Trixia was a failure. Mentholyptus is withdrawing forces.

IC: The leaders of Fististan wish to request a truce with Trixia and her allies. Conditions of the truce: No cowardly shooting-us-in-the-back ops like you did with Skeletonia. Should you do that, CACE will be notified and you will be annihilated.
