"A new experimental missile has been tested over the Pacific Ocean. The test of the new Hiji-Fukarama missile was successful, and the weapon will be put into full production within the week. It is estimated that our factories will be able to produce four to six of these missiles every week, until more factories are constructed. We therefore ask that any nation willing to help sponsor our missile program and aid in the industrialization of Naori do so. Any country that helps our humble people will be repaid with our services as an ally and friend."

The People's Republic of Spyr (http://www.freewebs.com/strain) views this missile test with mixed intrigue and concern. We are always glad to see a nation engaged in progress, but as a nation of the Pacific, we would like to inquire as to the national goals of Naori, and the intended use of these missiles.
