After two decades of suspended operation Xanthalian Ministry of Intelligence's Division One has returned to active service. Division one first became famous when it was created in 3097. It has been on inactive service for almost a century due to the risky nature of operating the division. Division One is unique in that it's agents are authorized by the central government to operate outside of domestic and international law in order to achieve their objectives. They are typically only given the most important intelligence assignments.
