Project Steel Viper
After several months of researching, the governemnt of Xanter has come up with a prototype of the new mech suit they hope to produce for close combat situations.Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and will be rewarded.

The current prototype arnament is:
1 back mounted turret with 2 laser cannons on them, and 1 blaster canon on each,"arm".Very little, but remember, its a prototype.
It is powered by a 3500 horsepower engine and the top speed currently achieved is 80 mph. The pilot is located in the flat piece that is the "head".

Burning Hate would be willing to donate weapons systems and/or funds to further this project. State what you require from us, and as long as we are kept posted on the status of the project, we will be willing to give our aid.
Weapons systems availible for donation: Medium Pulse Cannons(shoot controlled bursts of laser fire) and Intercepters(a type of plasma based AA gun, useful on mechs and large ships.)
If your foot soldiers are in need of weapons, we can also donate PPGs to be used as sidearms.

That would be excellent. As we have many mechs of our own, we will not request too many of the Steel Vipers. They look to be very impressive.
Along with the weapons systems we will send $75 million to aid development. If more is needed it can be arranged, but with more for compensation.
Tepid Water would also like to contribute to this great project. We currently have little in the way of military equipment, but perhaps you would be interested in Advanced Sensor Arrays and Comm Jammers? We will also contribute $100 million in funds.
The only compensation we require is some of your military knowledge, and perhaps plans for said Laser Cannons. Because some of our neighbors have bacome quite aggressive, we feel it nessecary to create a stronger military.
Being a very small nation, we have very little to offer, but we are quite interested in new technology. We will contribute 2.5 million dollars , in hope that our contribution will help this project.

Could you modify the mech suit so it is suitable for a 2010 tech level, perhaps? If so, the People's Republic of Da'amfeck would be willing to finance the weapons systems and guidance systems, or possibly supply you with the Vanquisher beam weapons system.

Daamfeck also makes a contribution of 1.5 billion DFD, in return for a signed Pact of Freindship, which will be posted shortly. Do you accept?
DNS will donate 3.5 billion to development of the suit, in exchange for their design sheets.

In return the People's Republic of Da'amfeck pledges that starting from the date November 25th the People's Republic of Da'amfeck will protect the Armed Republic of Xanter and share all technological breakthroughs with it.

A new and upgraded version of the Steel Viper. The mounted cannons were found to make the Viper stagger in some situations, so they have been removed. To replace them, a gattling cannon has been placed on the Viper.
