Ok, heres my Idea. Alot of the movies out really suck right now. And any half decent RPer on this Forum can write a better screenplay than half those hacks in Hollywood! In fact I just read a thread that was better than the Godawful Matrix 3 movie.
So heres my challenge, with this thread we begin our own movie. Screenplay style whatever, I will give the first post and than the next person counters the scene or adds on, so forth and so on. So I will begin with a Title and Setting. You will make or break this Movie.
The Invasion of n00bia
(This is a Preview.)
Movie Announcers Voice: In a world where freedom is threatened.
Dramatic Orchestral Music Begins to play..
MA: They are the last hope, for sanity, in an isane forum.
Scene: A filthy hand is holding a photograph, on the picture, a Special Ops Force smiling in there gear.
Voice: It wasnt their time!
2nd Voice (female): But if you went with them, you'd be dead too!
(Scene changes to a General in a war room.)
General: Ok men those "n00kz' are real, and they intend to use them.
(Scene changes to a close up of an eye Its a special Ops soldier looking through a Sniper Rifle, he is remembering a mission in n00bia.)
Voice: And I had never seen so many 'n00kz'! I couldnt believe that a country this size could produce so many! There were more 'nookz' than People!
{Scene changes to a Montage of Military Images, going Faster and faster with a dramatic buildup in the Music. Which finally ends with an Explosion of white light.}
Movie Announcer: This November, The nightmare.....is real.

And remember, this is all a movie, no damages will be inflicted on my, your or anyones nation!

How about this? Do this one seriously, we get an idea going, on what it might be about and things, then we actually rp it? Something realistic.

I have an idea for the ending already, a daring spec. ops team breaks into the N00kular silo's and drain almost all the fuel out of them, when they are launched they go up 2 feet, fall over and....

I think something should be done to make as many of the named characters as possible be horrible puns or caricatures, a la Spaceballs. If you're going to be silly, you might as well be really silly.
The leader of n00bia could be Reaneau Keaves, for example. ("woh" could be his entire dialogue). The head of n00bia's military could be Hark Delmet. Rarold Hamis and Cohn Jandy could be the crack Spec-Ops pilots who are stoned off their heads on Plutonian Nyborg ("If there's one thing I know, it's how to fly when I'm stoned, man."). That last was stolen whole-cloth from the original Heavy Metal, BTW.
Why not incorperate Zero Wing plot into it while we are at it? Or maybe that can be the sequal...

Overlord Iuthia, I like it all! Lets get some thing going soon, I adopt the Hark Delmet Charchter and all that.
As for "All your base are belong to us" We could incorprate that....Silliness abounds!
We need to throw in R2D2 somewhere... Maybe 2R2D ? A slightly stupid droid that can't do anything but hit a wall, roll back some, and hit it again?

man this is a cool idea, I'd RP it to be a big hit in my country! maybe if it's done soon enough, I could have it shown at my Metal Festival Utopia Rock! as an exclusive avant-première!

Sounds good so far, and Hollywood seems to be rapidly taking over the whole state of California. For those who have played Crimson Skies I expect that in a year California will secede and start calling itself the Nation of Hollywood, a land where everything is legal, plastic, and incredibly fake.
And because someone posted about Dark Helmet on the thread.
