There is no picking. Her Majesty is not sending one representative but offering a boon to whoever should return with the blade, to be agreed upon before they undertake the quest. Present yourself and state would boon you would wish should you be the one who recovers the sword.

Because of your statement that Her Majesty should hope Squall doesn't return, he is being banned from participation as he has threatened Her Majesty. The offer for other persons to present themselves before Her Majesty to agree upon a boon that they shall receive should they return the blade remains in force. While we are puzzled at Kirkwall's insistence on replying via the diplomatic pouch, we continue to await persons to arrive personally at the palace, as announced originally.

Until his arrival is roleplayed, I don't consider him as having even started the quest, much less found the blade. Please roleplay in good faith and don't just skip the entire rp and make up a new one.))

As squall walked on down the road leading to a moutan were squall once fought a foe a figure was sat in the middel of the road.

A helicopter came flying by. Inside where Ivan&Yuri.

"Try landing there Ivan!"

*The two just walk towards the palace, it's a short walk, just 30 miles*

*Fourteen hours later, they finally arrive*

Two guards stand at full attention at the gate, their sabres clashing with their modern automatic rifles. "Sirs, you look exhausted!" They say as the see the men. "Someone will see you to a room to rest. A servant scurries out, nodding vigorously and gesturing them to follow.

As Squall & Seth made ther way to a cavern up in the mountan.

Squall= Were nearly there! Seth do you have a radio on you?

Seth= yea! why?

Squall= Ovious im going to radio Frozen Ice and tell them we have found the blade.

Seth= How can you be so sure that you found the blade?

Squall= Because i would not of accepted this mission if i didn't know were the sword was!

As Squall and Seth made there way into the cavern thew the spider web's untill thay reached a light at the end of the tunnel. Thay saw the sword coverd in dust.

Squall= We found it.

Seth= Well lets head back then.

As the two of them walked out of the cavern and Seth handed Squall the radio.

((it's not just sitting in a cave that someone outside the nation can just know where is. These two posts hardly count as playing out the quest. And presenting to the queen to arrange a boon was a requirement to get one as well. That has to be rped out too.))
