Information:

The David Byrne class is a heavily modified version of the Kushan Imperator class carrier. First of all, it is heavily enlarged, up-gunned, and up-engined. We plan to build 25 of the type, and they will replace the venerable Michael Strogoff class battlecarriers in LRR battlegroups. The MSs will be used as free-roving ships.

Prototypes are free. And since we only have two prototypes of each, you get half of what we have built so far. Production versions would cost 50-100 billion USD, but special deals can be negotiated via telegram.
