Track One

-Mountain Runners-North East Pablicosta

Situated in the beautifull Cesarió Mountain ranges Mount Granger provides the perfect location for one of the two Pablicostan rally's.
Racers begin the first stage on the snowy ground surrounding Mount Granger, speeding forward from the start towards a wide helix rising to the skies. The cars continue through tight twists and mountainous roads untill they reach an altitude of 2,456ft when they finish stage 1 after a gruelling 60km run.
Starting the second stage at arround 2,500ft the route continues up the mountainside to arround 3,250ft where it switches to the Pikando mountainside. A series of tight turns and long straights are tricky to negotiate for drivers and co-drivers. The route ducks and dives under itself through a series of repetative mountain tunnels before reaching the end of stage 2 at 3,500ft after a relativly short 40km stage.
The next morning the cars are ready to start stage 3 from the top of Mount Pikando, ready to dive down the mountain valleys. Starting immediatly with a straight drive down a valley side finishing at arround 2,000ft above sea level. From here the race continues down the slopes, which can cause difficult driving as the snow sets in. Arriving at 1,000ft altitude the cars swing arround a few wide corners to the end of stage 3 ready for the final stage.
Day 4 and the cars, drivers and specators are ready for a fast finalé finish speeding down to the finnish. The first cars to set off are at a clear disadvantage, cutting through the thick snow before reaching the flat ground and speeding through the tight inverted bends towards the finnish.

Indrea Pass Rally Championship

The organisers :

Octamar Racing Inc
Asunak Rally Corp
Bakumar Motors Ltd

Start/finish town :
Bakumar/Asunak

Surface :
Asphalt/Gravel/Dirt

Profile :
Muddy and undulating stages running through eastern Agnostican countryside. 4 stages:

1. Bakumar Way - a series of winding trails running through the forested countryside of the land around Bakumar, this stage is 37.2km long and is most often noted for the crashes on the slick roads following the emergence from the Astarian Forests as the ground usually is softened by the frequent rains.

2. Octamar Ridge - a 29.2km stretch along the northeastern mountain ridge of Agnosticium, looking down onto the waters of the sea and crossing the grand crevasses of the local area. The stage both begins and ends in the Astarian Forest which curls around the coast to encompass the gorges.

3. Indrea Pass - the most demanding of all of the stages, it is known for its grand vista views and tight mountain passes, hence the name. Named after the greatest general of Agnostican history, it is where she had her last stand against the invading forces of Osterium, slain after she and her army were wiped out but not before delivering to the opposing army such a blow that they no longer had the manpower to invade the nation. Indrea Pass is 24.7km long.

4. Asunak Rapids - Asunak is best know for the many rivers that stream through the area and this final stage before entry into the town of Asunak is, perhaps, the most dangerous because it is at the end of the race, the longest stage and where most drivers seem to lose concentration. It is 39.4km in length.

Will it be possible to enter a track even if we already have a driver/several sponsors?

We are happy to build a new track in Jeruselem if you don't mind a few army troops around and lack of vegetation. It's more of a sandy desert style with rocky patches. There are some greener areas, but most end up being turned into farmland.

Of course all contributions are accepted, untillwe have 14 then I might have to pick and choose a little to get the best spread of tracks.

This is perfect, we need all types of terrain, just provide a picture if you can, or a description-or both and then your tracks will be added. :D

White Crest Mountain Rally Way
Snow Rallies =Teh Stuff

EDIT-IMGS SNIPED FOR CLARITY

Down The Years
Gripped by some sadistic primeval urge, most people's natural instinct in front of snow is to pick it up, mould it into a ball, then stuff it resolutely down a companion's neck. The consequences can include hilarity and a declaration of snowy war, or if it goes horribly wrong tachycardia and sudden death.

Probably safer to go rallying instead, and for the past 50 years the Imitoran have done exactly that. The White Crest Rally is one of the World Championship's only snow rally and has been the preserve of those hailing from colder climes from its inception. Home-grown talent has dominated the event. But these days there is no reason why the likes of Carlos Heinsen and Colin McRae (OOC: WRC without McRae isn't WRC), cannot win on snow.

Rally versus Winter is how the Imitorans described this event. And that does pretty well sum the rally up. If conditions are perfect (and this year they look like it) – lots and lots of snow – then spare a thought for the mechanics. These guys still have to work wonders to repair the cars in service, but can you imagine changing a gearbox when it dips below minus 15 degrees Celsius?

But it's unlikely to be 100% snow, which means that patches of slush can often crop up on the stages. These are best avoided: they rip out the precious studs, and provide the sort of variation in grip that can spell the beginning of a big accident. Granberget is probably the favourite. It's the longest of the event therefore something the drivers can get their teeth into.

However, on this course, as homegrown Robert Fortier (who incidently spent very little time on the mountain as a child, and was born in the much hotter southern parts od Imitora) has found out, expierience can be made up with testicular girth. Fortier set records his first time out on the track that have yet to be broken, however this year, things may change.

Track Description/Stage Layout:
While Imitora Rally HQ is in Crawlstad, the stages take place around the town of Hagbers, about 80km north of Rally HQ. Hagbers airport has been hi-jacked by the WRC and will be the location of the service park throughout the three days of the rally.

Day One is a pretty tough day, with SS3 Grerget definitely being the likely candidate for where most of the dramas could take place – at 43km it is the longest of the event.

Before that, however, the day kicks off with two well-known stages, Saven and Ramon before the crews head to their first major service stop of the day. After the biggie there is another service halt at Hagbers as the teams prepare for the final three back to back stages of the afternoon.

Day Two is the longest day of the rally and kicks off with a definite wake-up call – the longest stage of the rally!

Day three is the final day of the rally, it's the shortest day of the rally but it ain't no pussycat. There are five stages today – three of which are repeats from Day One.

The People's Republic of Caselonia is definitely interested in donating a Rally track as well (OOC: I LOVE Rally Racing!). I will speak with the Ministry of Sporting Activities and get some pictures, etc.

Looking forward to it!
