We have something far more efficient, Chlorophusion (Organic Fusion). It is a plant that through an advanced variation of photosynthesis manages to generate energy through fusion within its cells. The energy is easily tapped, but the Genetic codes and extraction processes are so complex that it is very hard to reproduce. The Brotherhood of kane and the Capsule Corporation are the only certified gardeners and suppliers of this energy source.

Maintaining a Chlorophusion control chamber is not hard, for the extracted cells, having matured enough, only require water and a protein suppliment every now and then.

Power once requiring large reactors has been reduced greatly, with no need of cooling or anything like that. Batteries can be replaced by small Capsule Chloro-Control chambers of relatively the same size, and can even replace the same, and they will last for up to 10 years. Overload risks are non-existant, as a simple killing agent, similar to a weed killer, can be used on the core if it begins to malfunction, killing it off swiftly, leaving nothing behind but a few billion calories of heat.

We will be glad to trade this... in exchange for some other technology of relatively similar value.

We perfected this technology using simple techniques available to any nation. We offer it to the world in this thread (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=70814). Although you may not like the price, we are interested in recouping our expenses for time and research, and are open to negotiation in terms of what and how payment is made.

In reviewing your nation, we feel that you could afford our asking price in payments, if you did not have a comperable technology to exchange.

"Your offer is being considered. However I am sure you can understand an amount as substantial as the one afformentioned will require much debate before a majority vote can be reached in our perliment"

Still open to any other offers. Keep in mind the logic clause and the spec requirement.

OOC: You do (http://www.aero.tailus.com/energy/fusion/), you just don't realise it. :-)

Also bear in mind that the offer allows for mitigation for fair trade of technologies in lieu of payment.
