Al Anbar wants nuclear reactor!
Ministry of Energy
Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim
By order of President Saddam Hussein:
The Republic of Al Anbar wishes to switch from fossil fuel reactors to a nuclear reactor in order to provide more power for the growing population of Al Anbar and keep pollution down.
We are now taking bids from foreign contractors for the building of a reactor for Al Anbar, which will supply power for 1/3rd of Al Anbar. Bidding will be open for approximately one week (24 RL hours).
Don't! Don't sell them one! We'll all be doomed if anyone gives Al Anbar Nuclear Technology!
Thank god my nation has a slightly Muslim population, I might be spared when he runs rampant with Nuclear Bombs!

Negatory.
No, but I think I've denounced him a few dozen times....
Only nation I've ever been at war with is that stupid Revolution The Anderton Mountains.
OOC: ...and that's enough of this chat. Start bidding and give me a nuclear reactor, people! :)
I repeat myself!
Don't! Don't sell them one! We'll all be doomed if anyone gives Al Anbar Nuclear Technology!
The Rouge Nation of Al Anbar trying to obtain nuclear technology is just another sign of trying to develop more devastating weapons. For the sake of mideast peace, we suggest all nations to cease any transaction of selling nuclear technology to the nation of Al Anbar. Selling this kind of technology, which can be turned to weapons of M.A.D. and deterrence, will only dig the nation who've sold the technology a deeper hole.
We will not take any force as a peace-loving nation, but this is our suggestion.

OOC: Assuming you don't ignore WMD anymore. if you do, ignore the above message.
[code:1:df8f19115a]TO AL ANBAR:
The Peoples Anthill will provide Al Anbar with fifty kilotonnes of weapons-grade uranium, and a uranium breeder-reactor, as well as materials to build four nuclear plants, two refining facilities, and all the mining equipment needed, absolutely free of charge.

People feel free to sell Al Anbar the reactor...but forgive us when we remove it from existance..or wait..dont forgive us, thank us for it.

OOC: If my nation had the spies and resources to actually know The People's Anthill was doing that... Well, I'd denounce The Peoples Anthill, and try to sink the shipments or Uranium! But I don't have those resources, rats...

We encourage NY&NJ to go Israel on Al Anbar's ass.
Secret Telegram to People's Anthill
The Republic of Al Anbar would like to thank the People's Anthill for providing such extensive materials. We are more than willing to accept your offer.
Signed,
Saddam Hussein
Ministry of Energy
The Republic of Al Anbar is no longer interested in taking bids and will remain with its current power system.
OOC: At first, I wasn't really looking to build nuclear weapons, etc, because I don't allow WMD in my conflicts. But, hey, if I do in the future, it would be good to know that I have some nuclear weaponry as a deterrent for anyone trying to attack me with WMDs.

As we have already stated, we no longer are looking for bids as we have already found a good source for our nuclear ambitions.
(For free? It would appear that the Choson People's Republic is not threatening enough people.)
