The 3rd fleet has been organized and preparing for the past month (IRP) for the move from its home port of St. Petersburg and to various locations in Aperin, the home alliance of the Russia[n Navy]. The majority of the vessels will be reporting to Buchanan Harbour, where they will operate on a rotating schedule and begin patrols around Apering.
The 3rd Fleet consists of two Kirov Battlecruisers and an attack submarine squadron. A new submarine base will be constructed to house the attack submarines' reloading facilities.
