The Secretary of State of Blumploslovakia is having a crisis. There are three or four countries in a certain region (will not mention what region, or what countries they are) that are controlled by one person. This corruption has led one of the specified countries to become the UN Delegate of the region, because of his self-emposed endorsements (three out of five UN Endorsements are from his other countries). This leader is hell-bent on bringing down the economies of the countries in said region. Not knowing what to do, the Secretary of State asks for guidance from other foreign diplomats.
