CCNN News Report:

Welcome to this special CCNN news presentation. Reports have been coming in that this war has taken a step up. What used to be a cold stalemate with the Red Dragon's armies, after receiving a time to prepare while they grew stronger in Andromeda, has finally turned hostile towards us at the Capsule Corporation. Several CC colonies around the Milky Way galaxy, most specifically in the core region, have either been attacked or destroyed completely. Two Red Dragon Battle groups have engaged our ships at these colonies, and so far there has been one loss, one draw, and right now is the first major battle with a full Red Dragon Battlegroup. We on Triton do not know if we are winning or losing that fight, but we know that the CCSS Valiance, our new flagship, is a key role in that fight. It is backed up by a Klonor Orion-Class, 3 Phalanix Carriers, and several TRSN ships.

All colonies in that region have been put on alert, as the Red Dragon's stolen Planet-Killer weapon is on the loose, and none of us have any idea where it will strike next.

Wow, a lot posted since my last post. Can you sumarize it a bit?we're kicking their butts and wiping the floor with them, cuz we have them seriously outnumbered right now. The valiance was offline from overheat for a while, but it came back, and now the enemy is on the run, and the mothership planet killer thing came in and now it's picking up their friends so it can retreat.

So, not much to do except take potshots as they leave?

Being resurrected doesn't grant you ownership of your old threads (at least, not as a far as the forum is concerned).

I tihnk it has to do with how the game and the forums were integrated.
