Year 2100 - For no good reason
The chain has been completed. Mars and Earth are finally connected, and all is well. So far, Mars has only been thrown off course by 50 miles...and we managed to fix the problem of not being able to allow our respective planets to rotate on their axis. Well...don't ask me...ask the top engineer.

Well...curently, all we are doing is trying to keep Earth from becoming a trebuchet and send Mars flying into some skew orbit. Worst comes to worst, we can build giant rockets and steer planets.
Until then, there are no plans. Hell, there have never been any plans for after the construction.
