The government of Kerla has reorganized the government. We are now a Socialist Union. We wrote up a new constitution for the people.The Assembly of the Union shall consist of the Union Senate in which each state (63 in all) will elect 2 senators and the House of Delegates which will be based on population. The Assembly of the Union shall have the power to make laws. The government will be operated by the Union Executive Council, which will oversee the day to day operations of the governement of the Socialist Union of Kerla. The Supreme Executive Council will be chaired by the president in which it elects. It shall have 5 members including the president and vice president. There will also be a vice president and premier which will also bve elected. The president will then appoint directors who will be part of the Executive Cabinet which must be approved by the Supreme Executive Council. There will be directors of defense, diplomacy, education, internal affairs, transporation, health and welfare, finances. I am happy to announce I have been elected president of the Socialist Union of Kerla. This all has been approved by the people of Kerla and we all are proud and there are celebrations all over Kerla for this historic occasion.
