If the OPCW is found operating within the borders of the Federal Republic of New York and New Jersey or one of its territories. Then we will view it as a hostile action committed by a rogue government and will deal with your nation as we would a nation we are at war with. While we embrace the fact that our people can join any political affiliation they so desire we tend to like it if they DONT try to violently overthrow the government. We've had to put down the communists twice because they dont grasp the simple concept. So we suggest you hold your own stay in your nation, and if you want to deal with a revolution go play Risk, or whatever...
