That's right, you read the title correctly, so long as you thought it said "Chemical Weapons Research" we're going to be setting up a Chemical Utility Research Laboratory(C.U.R.L.) in a undisclosed location, but, unlike other nations who conduct such research, we shall not be researching the usual sort of chemicals, like Anthrax, and other deadly diseases, we will be researching for chemical mixes believed to have an affect on emotions, like love, hate, anger, depression, etc... before anyone tries, we shall bow to no demands that we stop this research, so don't bother, also, the C.U.R.L. will be equipped with all the best security we can get.
