The Xanthalian dictator Nightshade Carrin has requested a meeting with Lady Sirithil nos Fëanor for the purpose of establishing positive relations between the Socialist Empire of Xanthal and the Eternal Noldorin Empire of Menelmacar.
"I know that the few times we have talked our conversations have been strained, but I also know that it does not need to be that way." Said Nightshade Carrin in the invitation sent to Lady Siri. "There is no reason we cannot establish formal relations and lay the groundwork for a lasting positive relationship between our great nations. I am quite aware of our differences, both personal and societal, but I beg you; do not allow such things to stand in the way of peace. I will leave it up to you whether to meet in Xanthal, Menelmacar, or on neutral ground; but let us meet."
