NOTE: When we say USA, we are using it as an insult to Catholicstan, since the USA no longer exists, and everyone in my region veiws the former USA as an Imperialistic country. The Kingdom of Catholicstan is Imperialist, but still offended to be called the USA.

We have seded from the USA because they place us under the tyranny of Imperialism. No longer shall we fight in wars we do not support! No longer shall we pay taxes to a leader who wasn't elected!

Today, we begin to write our Constitution. Here is what we have so far:

Amendment I:
There shall be no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government.

Amendment II:
There shall be Seperation of Church and State.

Amendment III:
Slavery is hereby outlawed in this Great Land of California.

Amendment IV:
There shall be no discrimination based on Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation or state of Disibility.

Amendment V:
Marraige shall be between a man and a woman, a man and a man, or a woman and a woman. A person is allowed to have more than one spouse, but they shall recieve the tax breaks as if they were married to one spouse.

Amendment VI:
The right to bear arms for defensive purposes. Anybody who has a violent criminal record does not have this right.

Amendment VII:
All citizens are allowed to vote unless they are convicted felons.

Amendment VIII:
All people living in California at the time this great document was written are hereby Californian citizens. To become a citizen, one must legally enter the country and live here for 5 years.

The Republic of Simsington hereby recognizes Californian autonomy. In this ongoing war against neo-Conservatism that both our nations face, we shall send 3000 ground troops;2400 infantry, 200 tanks(takes 3 people to man each tank) and we shall send your nation 1000 AK-47's and 1,000,000 rounds for your soliders to use in them. Our forces must not be used to invade the United States and grab their land. We will not declare war on the USA.

We have got word the United States of America has closed their embassy in Simsington City, our capital. We have just done the same to them in Washington.

The Confederacy of Pimpistan supports your independance, but we can not send troops, since the Prostitutes of Pimpistan Labor Union has called a massive strike, since the ho's are demanding to get to keep a minimum of 5% of their earnings. due do Catholicstan's lack to recognize California autonomy,her democratic superior, Simsington, has put troops into the Dispute Island, which Catholicstan claims yet we have complete control over it. this modifes the Pimp City Peace Treaty, which was signed 2 years ago in nuetral Pimp City, to end the 4th Simsington-Catholicstan War. Simsington got half of Fala Island in this treaty, and got Dispute Island, but 1 year ago, Catholicstan re-claimed Dispute Island. As part of the deal, Simsington could not put troops into Dispute Island. We are still not declaring war, but we and our far-superior military have changed the Pimp City Peace Treaty.

-We shall withdraw troops from so-called Disputed Island.

-Catholicstan will withdraw it's claim from Disputed Island.

-Catholicstan will keep Saint Leo Naval Base on the southern coast of Gray Island(the northernmost island in Californian hands) and Mary Naval & Army Base on the western coast of Davis Island(the central island).

-Simsington will give Catholicstan the blueprints for our 40-year-old F-203 Diamondback Fighter and they will recieve a shipment of 20 of them. These we no longer need, since we use the FI-211 Blood River Fighter-Interceptor.
