I was wondering about NS's policy towards razing regions? such as in an unofficial war (a sneak attack shall we say) that another regionm is completely destroyed with no one left inside of it. I was very much hoping that this would be allowed. now, i'm not talking about destroying the countries inside, just the region. like someone would boot everyone, and then password protect it.

It's called greifing. It's not allowed, and never will be.
