The Code of Decency; A Leaflet of Worth and Goodness
1. No man nor woman may display their 'unmentionables' before other men, women and children beyond the bedroom.
2. No man nor woman nor child must take the Lord's name in vain. All school must allow the teaching of Christian Morality. All persons below the age of 50 must attend church on Sundays under penalty of fine.
3. Children must honour and obey their parents and elders.
4. Parents reserve the right to punish their children however they wish as long as punishment does not lead to the eventual murder of the Child.
5. The most respected member of the community is the one who is decent and moral to the core.
6. No man nor woman nor child may enter Heaven if they are immoral and undecent.
7. No man nor woman nor child speak filth at another.
8. Husband and Wife must treat each other with respect.
9. Only the Husband and divorce his wife, the Wife must obey the will of the Husband.
10. No wife may enter any trade, they must make a good home and raise breed children.
11. The working class are there for a purpose. To prove yourself worthy of note, title and wealth; means that you have exceeded every purpose and more.

The MfEE comfirmed that the CiHH methods would be trailed in three schools on Savique at the start of the Winter term. Non-Christian children would be given the choice to sit out the lessons, which would include Bible readings and discussion groups.
A spokesperson for Savique District Council said they welcomed the move, as Savique has a sizable Christian population. However critics of the CiHH group claim it is nothing more than an extreme right-wing cult, already banned by a number of nations.
A CiHH spokesperson denied it had links to the controversial Omega Course, where groups of non-Christians are given free videos and material to study the basic rules of Christianity. Whilst no solid claims have ever been made against Omega, the CiHH group uses similar techinques.
Savique District Council became famous earlier this year when it banned pornography from the island and attempted to block Sunday television broadcasting. Since then, a less extreme mood has swept the island, but Government moves appear to be interested in keeping the island a barometer of morality.

The contentious "Cross in His Hand" Christian teaching method, to be trailed in schools on Savique in the coming weeks, is being backed by the nation of Wollanda.
The teachings place moraility and the place of women and children in society at the core of education. No similar method of education has been tried in Shambles' schools thus far.
The Ministry of Education and Employment warned all schools last year that multi-cultural communities would not take kindly to religious segregation, although Saviquois schools have always maintained a largely Christian make up and ethos. The 1999 Education Act made provision for all religious faiths to be explained in schools, although Savique has yet to fully comply.
The Wollanda backed system has seen schools and colleges in other nations "improve" in terms of examination grades and a drop in crime, according to Cross in His Hand research, although independent verification is not yet to hand. Critics claim CiHH is out dated and sexist, maintaining a divide between women reaching outside the home and into work. Children are taught the "seen and not heard" method decried by one education expert as "close to abuse".
The Wollanda "crusade" to Savique, a community it admires, may start as soon as next week, prior to the start of the Winter Term.

Slammed as puritanical and extreme by some, championed by others, the Christian "Cross in His Hand" system has landed in Savique and they are not looking like letting go quite yet.
Using videos, books and discussion groups, the CiHH system aims to make Christianity relevant to 21st century life without diluting God's message or the Bible's teachings. Already used across many nations, the CiHH system claims to have brought thousands of people to Christ.
Savique, the council infamous for banning pornography, has been the most explicity Christian island in the Dominion, and the CiHH system will be used alongisde existing education and teaching methods. All the churches on Savique are behind CiHH.
The system has been banned in some nations following reports that the CiHH teams use subliminal messaging and bribing to reap success, but no claims have ever been proven.
No one from CiHH was available to comment. Savique District Council is now to fund an extension of the system across the island group.
The Neralli will not prevent Wollanda from trying to spread their "Code of Decency"...but we do warn Wollanda that any ambassadors or visitors shall be required to keep their Code, and their thoughts on decency, to themselves. We Neralli simply do not have the resources for the Wollandan brand of decency.
