NEVER, I give you slaves, you make the slaves produce weapons, you overthrow Andradia, I can see it happening

Why should we give our source of slave labor away?

The people of Andradia may be new, but we pack a hard punch. Watch where you tread, the Emporer of Andradia does not take nicely to threats.

I should point out that, despite the fact that we are a generally pacifist nation, we could easily mop the floor with you whether you transfer any prisoners to us or not. It may be true that you pack a 'hard punch', but a falling block of tungsten packs a harder one.

Why should we give our source of slave labor away?

Giving is not necessarily required. Selling works, too. But selling usually attracts more attention, and leads to misunderstandings over slavery issues, it's just so much messier.

Tungsten is the holiest element in my country. Not only shall I give you slaves, but I shall send you thousands of Andross worth of Marijuana, and weapons.

Couldn't you be just a little more subtle in trying to get other people's slaves? Honestly, if I'm running out of room, I'll just march a few out and empty a round or six into 'em.

No need. If we were to be taking the more common form of slaves, then yes, but prison labor is not covered under international antislavery laws.

sorry you wont be resieving any prisoners from me just because when we run out of room we just shoot them in the head and then burry them in the graveyard of that prison.

Sorry, minor criminals (unarmed robbers, con artists, etc.) are rehabilitated in prison and put into good jobs. Violent criminals (rapists, murderers, armed robbers) are shot by the local military patrol.

Why? It would be far more efficient to just shoot them all to begin with.

Ah, but that would bring international scrutiny...

Well, now that your secret's out, looks like you'll have to find a more humanitarian way of dealing with them. Like sending them to us!

No, this is plenty humane. Only those that were ready to kill or had killed to commit the crime are shot. It works as a great deterance to criminals, hence the nonexistant level of crime in Sigma Octavus.

After a fair trial, extremely violent offenders go to the vats.
