Its an extreamly militant government, run by a High Prince that broke away from Mizuna durring the Mizunian civil war.

(actually, because they're all neuter (from imperium -ii, n.), which declines identically in the nominative and accusative (and vocative, in case anyone cares), the first two are correct. However, to be perfectly accurate, Macabees would have to be in the genitive. I'm not sure what declension 'Macabees' is (3rd?), so I can't really help you specifically. If it is 3rd, then it should be "Imperium Magnum Macabeis" (The Big/Great Order of the Macabeens))
