The DAC isn't just an organazation of people that like to have power and we are no longer a intelligence agency that gathers personal info on nations that wish for personal information to be undisclosed. We only act as a secret police to the extent that we try to make sure the region stays safe. We have many Cabinet Holders and at least 1 is on at all times of the day so that we can make sure the region stays safe. We propose and enforce regional laws and acts that make our region better, stronger, and safer. We also report all nations that we suspect to be "doubles" to the delegate and then do as he/she requests.
Please vote yes for the new DAC. If you would like me to add or take away one of the practices of the DAC, please let me know.
