Skittletopia
08-11-2003, 01:23
You are lead into a churchlike room underground in a cellar beneith the Burning Goathead pub in the occult section of the Limeport Bazaars... a shifty looking Skittletopian archeologist sporting a red fez and a gotee flips the switch on the wall, and you see, as the florescant lights flicker on. that the walls are lined with stacks of the most unusual array of weapons you have ever seen. he picks up a stubby looking blade, a good 30 inches in length, 5 wide, and runs his finger along the back of the blade before shoving his hand into the guard running the whole length of the handle and grips tightly. suddenly a lizardlike eye burts open on the ornate patterns running the length of the handle. it flits about eyeing up the room and the people in it. then he swings it around. it reacts to each swing by changing the shape of it's blade, adding barbs and spikes and points where they would do the most damage. he thrusts it forward and it shoots into a 3 meter long epee-like point, impailing a watermelon. he tuggs it free and it returns to it's original shape. he places it down and strokes it to which it's eye flickers affectionately. "Eyepier. magickally given life. we have a few of these at a cost of twenty k US dollars each. they like to be polished and immersed in milk when not in use, you'll get very attached to them." he leads you over to a rag and pulls it back revealing stacks of gold knives. he picks up three and miraculously begins juggling them whilst dealing vicious attacks in all directions at the air.. "here! catch!" he tosses them to a person being given the tour and she finds, dispite not being able to juggle, she can handle them with the same dexterity he can. "trisagon juggling knives. hundred dollars each. they utalise the good in a person and thus give them control over each blade independantely. we also do them in an Unholy version, but don't mix them up, last guy who tried that sliced both his hands off. your light and dark sides work independentely if given control over an object each. so you can't control them." he threw back the next sheet and cocked the crossbow. turned 45degrees from the target over the other side and fired the bolt, which homed by itself on the bullseye. "blessed bolts. 50 each. as long as your intentions are true, the aim is true, and the piece of resistance," he uncovers a box, containing what look like regal orbs. "Holy hand grenades. 30 a pop... so, any takers among us?"
