All across the Holy Empire celebrations erupted on the first sucessful year of Istar first mass colony on the moon, Paladas Luna, population is at over 7 million.
Announcement from the Kingpriest of Istar:
Glory to the Empire! The first year of existance for the Paladas Luna Colony on the moon, Istar's First Lunar Colony has been completed with no problems and no loss of human life, celebrations all across the Istarian Empire are currently going on to make this milestone count in the annals of Istarian History. Glory to the Blessed Theocratic-Monarchy!

Of course the only people not celebrating are the Minotaur slave as they have seen that meks (which were used in building the colony) can do work must more effectively and without hassle, meaning that Istar would have to do something with it's minotaur population as it fazzed out the slaves in favor of machines... and soon.
