A large group of ships, at least 500 of them all travelled through the mass Alcubeirre-Broeck warp bubble. The lead ship, which was at least 760 meters long was just behind the gravitic sheer of the warp bubble. Inside, were the descendants of the original crew, in charge of maintaining the stasis chambers in the ships following them. There were nearly 2 billion people in stasis, with 2132 serving on the lead ship.
At their point of departure, the Earth had become overcrowded, far too much for the mass population of New Russia to stay. It was of their own choice they left, but some of the crew expressed their disgust towards just how crowded the Earth had become. Still they moved on, searching for a planet either with an Earth-like evironment, or terraformable to that extent. Still, the search had gone on for nearly 2 centuries, and the crew was beginning to lose hope.
Inside the lead ship, there was little activity. The bridge was almost dead quiet, with no real activity until a faint beeping could be heard. "What's that?" Captain Piwer asked, almost under her breath. "Captain," came the response, from one of the scanning officers, "We are approaching the next viable planet, ABR-089. I'm going to bring us down to 0.001 Alc." "very good," Piwer replied.
The mass of ships slowed to a point where the distortion of the warp engines was at a minimum, revealing a small, green planet with expansive purple seas. "Well, lets see what she has to offer us," Piwer said, "Let's launch a probe." Piwer was mesmerized by the planet, which by far was the most Earth like they had seen. "Probe away" one of the bridge officers announced, "Recieving data." A 3d display of the planet appeared, with it's essential vitals appearing in list form.
76% Nitrogen
19% Oxygen
5% Trace gases
A piechart appeared, mapping out the trace gases, which there were too many to accurately read. Still, this was an incredible discovery. An Earthlike planet was a cosmic rarity. In their travels, they had travelled over 190 lightyears from Earth, an epic journey bringing them deeper into the galaxy than most people could dream of travelling.
Now, almost 30 years past how long the trip was expected to take, supplies were too low to keep searching. The ships began a slow descent into the planets atmosphere, each one touching down, crushing most of the foliage below it. Now all that was left was to rebuild their home, on a terrain that would be unfamiliar to everyone.
As soon as all of the ships were set down, a satellite was launched. A small craft containing little more than an FTL communications system, sending a short message and the location of the planet.
This is the New Russian colony expidition signalling all nations. We have completed our journey and have touched down on an Earth-like planet. It is no doubt that this journey has been long and difficult. We would like to extend our open arms to all space capable nations, but as of right now, we can not offer any assistance as we are in the process of rebuilding our once great empire.
With that the message kept repeating for another 24 hours, before the probe shut down and burned up on re-entry.

OOC: damn, I lost the entire original post. Gotta do this again.
IC:
The planet was somewhat bewildering to the crew. Most of them had never seen an Earth-like planet before on hand. Most of them ahad only reviewed the ancient texts that had been programmed onto the ship computers. The slightly different gravity and open skies left a lot of the crew amazed.
Lieutenant James Polack tried to survey the landscape as best he could. The area was rather open, with the exception of a few trees that had been crushed under the massive stasis ships. A young mans voice came from behind James. "Sir," the voice said, "I have the status report you asked for." James turned around to face his addresser. "Excellent" he replied, "Let's hear it."
"Well, we still have 96 Stasis ships in orbit awaiting repairs to their landing systems, and we figure that will take 3 weeks. The reactor ship has been completely drained, so we've begun setting up a windmill farm in a field not far from here. We should be at full capacity by tomorrow."
"That's good, but what about the people in stasis down here? How is that going"
"Well, we've managed to 'defrost' around 1092 people, but we can't speed up the process much."
"Why not?"
"Well, the most recent attack by the Gamelon forced us to jettison a lot of our non-nessecary supplies, so we don't have as much to salvage as we planned on."
A voice came from the comm-system on James' waist. "Sir," it said, "We have some unknown people approaching the landing site from the east, via the windmill farm." James picked up the communicator and replied "Send a security detail to meet them, have them escorted back here."
With that, a security team was sent to meet with the Xanthalian forces.

Via an amazing stroke of luck, the E.S. Flagship was available at the time. A few phone calls, a quick train ride, and somehow Dr. Helmer was able to secure its use, as well as the presence of Chameleon.
Chameleon, always the prankster, announced his arrival rather gloriously, with the supersized thundercrack of a large object exiting an Alcubierre/Broeck bubble inside an atmosphere. The blue-silver disc of the Flagship began slowing its spin as it gently lowered to the ground.

OOC: 100 soldiers? Really? *snicker* Your loss.
IC:
"Lieutenant Polack, sir." a RIS operator spoke up, "We have two vessels entering the atmosphere, one through an Alcubeirre-Broeck warp bubble, and one through conventional means. The latter ship has touched down and sentries seem to indicate military personelle are exiting the ship, approximately... 100 by body heat scans." Polack chuckled. "100 soldiers?" he tought to himself, "foolish lads." Polack spoke up, "Dispatch... 20 drones, set 5 of them to fire HERFs at the ship, and the rest to trap the soldiers. That should do us nicely."
"Aye sir."

One of the guards on the security detail looked the landing party up and down and conferred with one of the other guards. "alright," he finally said, "As a precuation, please give all of your weapons to the guard at the entrance of the base camp." With that, the team was led to the landing site.

The LRRSV Beagle, a converted Goombridge class transport frigate, slides out of its berth. It had left earth three days ago, and was at the small spacedock in the Hyades Cluster.
In the ship's communications room, perched atop the bridge, the message is recieved.
"Oi! Wot's this then?"
"Looks like a planet to explore."
Just then the captain floats up through the small corridor leading to the communications room.
"What have you for us down in the bridge area?"
"Well, it appears as though a former empire has found a planet to settle."
"This could be a problem to some other nations. Best to check it out. Helm!"
The helmsman sits in a seat not unlike that of a fighter, with fighter-like controls. It was a position designed for comfort, and it is very much so.
"Yea, mon capitan?"
"Set course for the New Russian planet. Coordinates should be on the screen."
"They are. H-space drives are fully charged. ETA 1.6 hours."
The beagle dissappears into hyperspace, headed for the newly found planet.

1.6 hours later, the beagle emerges from hyperspace above the planet. Aboard the ship, speakers play "Bolero" by Jeff Beck. The small number of Nonage personell on the ship are shown to portholes, where they can look out upon the planet's surface. Several crewmembers and the Captain walk down to the shuttlebay, where one of the ship's two Thrusta landing craft, their dual automatic cannons removed to look more harmless. They take off, and descend to the surface of the planet.

The Flagship was quite a magnificent sight when it flew low. The underside looked like frozen quicksilver in the shape of two lenses, the larger stacked over the smaller. A ring of blue lights marked the intersection, and curving lines of yellow and white lights divided the 50-meter diameter hull into five sections.
Five hydraulic struts lowered as the ship touched down some 200 meters from the New Russians. A small ramp unfolded from the side of the smaller lense, and out walked Chameleon, in all of his glory-
Or not. Being Chameleon, it would be far more fun to blend into the background for a while.

Almost as if on cue, a loud noise could be heard from the east. It sounded sort of like an injured wolf, only much larger. From behind the trees, a massive bird like creature, with a wingspan of at least twenty-five meters flew over head, calling out every few seconds.

"Well..." Polack streched on, "We aren't really in need of protection at the moment. Even with the most recent Gamelon attacks, we can still pretty much fend for ourselves. Let me elaborate." Polack led the team a few meters from where they were and gestured to a 2 meter long, cylindircal object. "That there," he continued, "is an Alcubierre-Broeck torpedo. We rigged them up out of a few expired engines. One of these can tear through the shielding and hull of a ship, almost unstoppably."
Polack led the team back to their orginal spot. "Now as for opening relations," he continued, "Until we manage to defrost most of the old government, we aren't really equipped for diplomatic relations, but if you could spare us some metal, and other building materials, that'd be great."
"Can you provide payment?"
*The GOU Get Out Of My Way drifts past the outskirts of the ABR-089 system. It had been sat there for several months, sent out on an expedition to the first Altaranian colony, set up over 250 years ago on a distant planet. It had discovered an anomaly near the outermost planet and was conducting experiments.
Several days ago, it had picked up the signatures of a large fleet converging on a singular planet, and some subsequent signals from vessels of different peoples.
Captain Green heads up to the bridge, barging other personnel out of the way.*
"Ship."
"Yes, Captain?"
"What's the status on those ships we picked up a few days ago?"
"Ah, not much has changed. A couple more vessels have visited the planet, I've picked up nothing major on the sensors."
"Right. What's the planet like again?"
"It's got an Earth-type climate. Similar make up of the atmosphere. We had a colony on the planet some 20 years ago, but all personnel were removed when Contact decided they were needed elsewhere."
"Any change on the anomaly?"
"Nope. Nothing happening there, other than a large surge of beta radiation 2 hours ago. Nothing important."
"Alright. Take us towards the planet. Send a message to Contact, let them know what's happening."
"Done."
*The Captain continues down the corridor. The sleek vessel rotates in the vacuum, and powers away, towards the interior of the system.*

This isn't pointless debate. I like my planets people free. Allow me to explain something.
Even when a series of buildings exists, you don't get a lot of damage, HOWEVER; you still get something else. There are series of pathways near where I live that nobody have used for many years, but they are still there. Now, a colony would need to be self sufficient, so that means that things like slight deforestry, mining, and water purification. Now these things would not only need to be buckled down, which would cause damage to the surrounds, which in an untouched environment would not easily fade off.
Not only that, but I actually have topographical maps that I am working on for the planet itself, leading us to yet another problem. Current designs describe a single continent planet not too different from Pangea. This will also come up in future RPs. What we basically have is a massive supercontinent.
So now we have severely debunked most of your posts, and I'm not even going to touch on how you scanne a mass of ships in Alcubierre-Broeck warp.
1) If you have plans for stuff like this, you should say so in the first post, so exactly this sort of thing doesn't happen.
2) I sincerely doubt your ships would be in warp whilst in orbit above a planet.
3) Since you have made yourself clear, I won't even bother to RP with you.
Good day.

OOC: Sorry about the lack of replies recently, but I've been really busy at work.
IC:
"Ah yes, I should turn you over to Captain Piwer for that sort of thing. She's the one in charge of trades. Let me see if I can't find her." Polack said. Polack took a small device out of his pocket. He tapped the screen a few times, and said "Captain Elenor Piwer". A small 3D cross-section of the Generations came up, with a glowing light appeaing on the second level, near the front of the ship. "Ah, there we go," Polack finally said, "any trades should be conducted with the captain. Just make your way to the Generations, the large ship around 50 meters north of here and ask to be taken to the bridge."
OOC: sorry about hte psuedo-response, but I really need to seperate the two landing parties, for RP-ease.
The captain looked warily at the New Russian.
"Sure. Would you like to use our shuttle?"
Polack turned towards the captain, "Ah yes," he said, "that would be perfect."
"Alright. Just let us get it ready."
The crew of the shuttle can be seen outside and inside tightening screws, soldering, taping, and patching. Although the general appearance of LRR craft is one of disrepair, there are few maintainance problems in general. However, they do not want the New Russian personell to loose their heads when a side panel falls off or their seats come un-bolted.
The Xanthalian team leader heads for the Generations, his team in tow. With a little searching they find Elenor and the leader addresses himself to her and informs her of te situation. "...so we were wondering if you can pay for building materials. If you can't we can still provide them fre of charge, but the Ministry of Commerce doesn't like giving things away, so we thought we'd ask."

"Ah yes..." Captain Piwer responded, "The Xanthalians." she said, pausing to read their name off of a list. "I think we have something we can trade you. Come with me." Piwer led the team down to the engine room near the rear of the ship. "Hey Scotty! Get over here," she shouted.
An older gentleman walks out from behind one of the many large objects that cluttered the engine room. "For the last time, my name is James," he said with an angry tone, continuing, "Err... Captain..." Piwer smiled "Now, Scot... James, these people are asking for something to trade for building supplies, do you have anything to spare?" she asked.
James seemed to lose himself in his own thoughts before he finally realized what to get. He walked behind something, vanishing from sight, before reappearing a few minutes later. "Here we go," he said,
"One Zero-point energy collector, (ZPEC)
912 Page Operations manual
1240 Page Technical manual
560 Page Safety manual
One ZEPC energy converter
523 Page Operations manual
745 Page Technical manual
342 Page Safety manual
One ZEPC Casimr energy bleed-off
346 Page Operations manual
465 Page Technical manual
355 Page Safety manual
This should be all you need to power anything for an infinate amount of time to come. We've just recently gotten ours to run at full power. Just be sure to read all of the manuals." James finished.
"We'll leave that up to the authorities." The leader takes the proffered items and hands them off to his team. "You have our thanks. If you ever wish to establish a formal alliance, we would be happy to accomodate you. Until then we'll see that the supplies you need are provided."
They leave the ship and begin the trek back to their shuttle, picking up their weapons on the way.

*bump*
They reach the shuttle and return to the ship. The Xanthalian vessel remains in orbit a few hours more before departing for the Aellis system. It would be two weeks before Xanthalian shipments of supplies began to arrive, but once they started they would give the colonists all that they needed to rebuild.
