"Greetings to the universe, I am Emperor Eli Markus Corrino XI, a cousin of the main Corrino Family and the first ruler of Neo-Mishakal, a nation in the previously unknown Thasi System, a solar system that shall be the starting point of a new empire. A few Minor Houses and myself escaped the fall of the first Mishakal Empire like our brothers of Tiberius-Oni (whom have rejected reunification into the Empire) to recreate the empire, so far we have succeeded, people who fled the fallen nation came to the infant nation to escape forigen control. A new constitution was created that restored the Monarchy and the feudal system, already four Great Houses have been created from the Minor Houses and House Corrino exists as the Royal House that rules the Empire (House Venette, House Sor, House Fazeel, House Vermilion). I hope that you will give support to our nation as we take our first step back into the international stage."

What ever happened to our scandalius cousins in the Main Corrino Family, I know Mary and her daughter went quite insane and we did cast them out of House Asha because of their actions; but what happened to the crown Prince? Even if he tended to scandalious, he was still also part of House Asha.

King Ashagar has to be glaring down from heaven. He would have to be over the actions of his wife and childern. Virtual Democracy. Shutter And he married with out the aproval of the patriarch of the houses aproval to boot.

If you would like, we can make the New Galactic Empire our protectorate until you reestablish your own defenses. All Xanthal requires in return is that you share all of your technology with us and pay us a small annual fee of 5% of your nation's income. Of course you are welcome to refuse this offer, many nations are not comfortable with that arrangement. However, it provides good security for new and redeveloping nations. If you do not want protectorate status, we can work out another treaty.

I believe that it would be wiser to try and work out another treaty.
