(For info before post. This is in an alternate universe where there are two 'worlds'. People who live in the clouds do not farm and have to know how to balance and walk by 2 months. They also go to school. Ground(or Earth) people still will not have learned to balance by the age of 20 but they know hardship before they are one. When they reach five they are sent out into the fields to work. The only bond between the two worlds is that they trade. The cloud people get their food from the ground people for a certain amount of education or to build a decent home) :D 8)
