His Highness, Prince Alexander Tyral Black, has announced his engagement to Lady Kelly Maxwell of Phalanix. The wedding is in two weeks time, and invitations have gone out around the world.
The councillors themselves are in a state of shock at this announcement, as it appears that they thought the Prince would wait a few more years. Alexander is rumoured to have changed their mind by threatening to execute any naysayers.
The Pana Sophia is undergoing extensive renovations for the ceremony, which will be performed by his Emininence Cardinal Johannes Richelieu.
