A mysterious signal has been steadily emitted from a small island in the North Pacific for several hours now. Not alien, not encoded... nothing so mundane. It's a new television channel. It is entirely fast colorful images of topless women eating pie set to loud gangster rap music. As the worlds channel surfing children stumble upon it they are becoming enthralled. Pretty colors. Short attention span. Subversive music. Boobies. Religious leaders are in uproar denouncing this corrupting influence. The UN has already vaguely threatened indeterminate actions, but the island in question currently considers itself to be in a state of war with every nation on earth, so the threats are being ignored.
