Can someone please explain to me the deal with Endorcing people, dossier, the reason and benifites for joining a region and also for joining the UN. Are there benifites in making your own region? and is trading simply in role play or can this be done trough regions and the UN?

Depending on which region you go into will decide who will endorse you and that is if you can be. To get endorsements you must be in the United Nations and they must be in it also. You are more than welcome to come to the region I belong to. It is called Unity in Peace you can visit it and see if you like it.
