Tuesday at the imperial mansion. Rith Bagor Thon and his most trusted general, Gual C'unn, are watching the evning news.

Reporter: Another chain of events has just been sparked among the baroon population. The city of Cynn F'tood has followed suit with Alteria Foyrg and have rebelled against the empire. Also, in Git'm Voi, a civil war has broken out. A total of 12,735 hostages have been taken. It doesn't look like this will let up in the near future. We're still waiting for the emperors statement which will be on at 4:30 Onx'ir time.

Rith Bagor: Well general what do you think?

C'unn: I don't know. No spies or military force can get through those blasted walls.

Rith Bagor: I think it is this TNABO. And especially Nukia. What do you think we should do Gual?

C'unn: Well we should find a way to stop them.

Rith Bagor: Of course we should stop them! I hereby declare war on TNABO and The Confederacy of Nukia. Go general. Make the annoucement public and prepare your troops. We go to war.

C'unn: Yes sire!

So it must come to this Neo Moon? Very well. Prepare to feel the wrath of... uh... tiny nations.

NM you must forget how many nations are in TNABO. With everyone contributing, we'll have a huge army.

Ah, but Arkonia, you must forget that my army is larger than Nukia.

We must go to war with the emperor of Neo Moon for the yet uncreated nation of Alteria. They are suffering under his iron rule. Look even his ambassador is evil.

Pehaps we should ask for help among larger nations.

I don't think we should. There are countless nations from Ainzel and some of those other obscure regions that are in TNABO that will help. Anyway, what if those big nations take NMs side?

No matter how much help you got you could never defeat Neo Moon. Why? Because we have a secret weapon.

Universal Research Administrator Terrance Jorgen steps out of his black helicopter and, surrounded by an enterage of men in black suits, enters the TNABO meeting room. As he enters, the leaders of the TNABO involved nations turn their heads.

"I do not believe this! This is absolutely uncalled for and utterly unnecessary! This whole situation can be handled in a conference room, not a battlefield! I will not, and I speak for all of the Universal Research Center, help neither Neo Moon, nor Nukia if a military conflict proceeds. At this point I believe that Scientificai will have to become a neutral power, unless something changes soon. I do not want lives to be lost, nor do I want some nation being plundered by a superpower."

Terrance walks around the conference table where the Ytruiyaan national leaders are seated.

"And I, being a member of the Ytruiyaan tri-planet system, will also offer a safe haven for all of the Aenzlaah, Sihani, and Triysh nations in case a war breaks out in Tho Foyrg. I do not wish my fellow ytruiyaans to be killed in a brutal war. The ytruiyaan people, as most of you know, are a very rare race to come across in this nationstates world today, that we need to preserve our people, not obliterate them. If the Ytruiyaan people(who in fact are the majority race in Tho Foyrg*hint hint*) are to stay and help either the larger nations or TNABO, then an ambassador from each group, Larger and TNABO, shall come to the Universal Research Center for a meeting. I must also say that you must telegram me for the password.
I will later announce when this meeting will place. If you do not show up for this meeting and do not inform me that you will NOT be able to attend, then Scientificai, the URC, and the Ytruiyaan people will leave Tho Foyrg, and take refuge in the URC. "

Terrance walks around behind the Neo Moon ambassador. He then addresses him.

"I hope that you all consider what would happen if you do not show up at my meeting. This could possibly determine the outcome of the TNABO-Neo war. If there even is a war. I certainly hope not. But, I leave you all to ponder this. Have a good day gentlemen!"

Terrance Jorgen, followed by his bodyguards, exits the conference room. The ambassadors are dumbfounded by Jorgen's outrageous speech. Meanwhile, Terrance is flown back to the Scientificai Research Facility, where he draws up his own resolution to this conflict...

"I have come here to address the nations of Neo Moon, Nukia, Sesquipedalian, Arkonia Reborn, and any other nations associated with the Alterian Rebellion. As you know, and remember, I made a speech to you all earlier in the week. In the time proceeding the conference, I devised a easy and simple plan to resolve this conflict. I call it the TNABO-NEO Rights Agreement. I will discuss this topic in our meeting in the URC Friday at 5:00. You must move your nation(or puppet nation) to the URC to participate in this meeting. I require Neo Moon to have a representative, and I require Arkonia to also be there PERSONALLY. Sesquipedalian does not have to be there as Neo Nova will be there instead. I realize that Neo Nova is not an official in either Neo Moon alliance or Tnabo. Just be there or face the consequences. I will no longer tolerate this stupid warring. You have all of the URC worried as well as Palm Island. Don't screw yourselves, and show up!"
