Today Merida officially unveiled the new, government-sponsored, giant corn maze of Cornton! Merida's Ministry of Tourism is hoping that this new giant corn maze will attract visitors from all over the world to Merida's heartland. Hotels and other services are already popping up around Cornton, the city in which the maze resides. It will be a fun-filled family attraction open all corn season every year for the foreseeable future.
