The Capital city is buzzing today with rumours and gossip surrounding the abdication of the throne by NeonLord Ipsen to his daughter the Crown Princess Ashlay.
Today shortly after the coronation ceremony however The new NeonLady was approached by Emperor Eizen II from the Empuire of Eizen, and his Wife The Frist Empress of Eizen, and Grand Duchess of 1337 5p34k Milyssa.
Since Neon Simian's re-emergence to the world at large and its colonization of Her old Ally Eizen's second moon, many citizens have wondered what the new relationship between the three countries would be, the history with Eizen has always been close, and the history with Leet Speak, though initially tumultous, has been prosperous.
Some say that the Empreror simply wished to congratulate the new Princess, but there is a sizeable contingent that are circulating a rumor that Emperor Eizen himelf has proposed to the NeonLady, offering her the title of Second Empress of the Eizen Empire and membership into the Eizen Royal Family.
