Tengoku Orbital Station, RP-

Preparations are underway at the Tengoku station, as the Second Colonial Guard Fleet and the cargo vessels accompanying it get ready for their voyage to Titan. The colony nation has been in planning since the Immortal Shogunate joined the Triumvirate of Yut. Five million people have volunteered to make the move to Saturnian space.

The colony fleet will be led to Saturnian space by the three Shogunate class flagships Sol's Hope, Nekoa's Legacy, and Pegasii's Vengence. The colony nation is being formed to expand the Shogunate's relations with the Triumvirate, and to help ease a potential overpopulation problem.

We will have more information as it becomes available.

Thank you all for your support in this endeavor! Speaker, I would be glad to have the 5TEF escort the colony fleet, though I think I ought to defer that choice to Governess Rel-Kitani Mithys, since as of the fleet departing Tengoku station, the 2CGF and the people of the colony are officially under her jurisdiction.

Once the colonists have had a chance to settle, I think I will try to get my steel-plated keister out there for a visit and all the usual diplomatic whoopdidoo.

Our official diplomat to the Trium will be a bit late in arriving- the Zeroel is currently on an exploration mission to determine if two small moons located near Uranus are suitable for mining or for RPRA research facilities with our allies in Sneaky Bastards.

In any event, we should hear from the Governess before long.
