The Democratic Republic of Sharldonia will be commencing research of WMDs as soon as possible, we will be developing plans for the strategic placement of WMD bases, etc... we're not going to be making any WMDs just yet, we're to small and poor for Nukes, and we're not sure if we should make any Bio/Chem weapons, we're just going to be doing a lot of research.
