A new world region and ideological alliance is to be created. It welcomes all races, creeds, species. We are dedicated to the following manifesto set down by the ideals of the Green Revolution.

1. That the Earth and the very universe itself is to be protected from the harm that sentience has done to it.

2. If possible, to never harm or kill another creature unless the existence of another is in danger.

3. To respect the existence and natural cycles of all life forms.

4. Never to use genetic manipulation and artificial replication for hurtful and harmful purposes.

5. To spurn the use of dangerous energy materials.

6. To promote the ideals of peace and brotherhood first before resorting to the evils of hate and disunion.

We are the International Green Republic, a new order upon this earth. We care not if you are a dictatorship or a democracy or a theocracy, all that matters is that you respect the ideals we have set out.


(OOC: I want good quality members as well; ones who are active, imaginative and capable of constructing properly laid out sentences. If after 20 days of unexplained inactivity, that member would be booted.)

We're all for it, but we cannot comply with the fourth provision. Genetic manipulation is essential to ensure the health of our citizens and the ability to procreate for members of different species.

Slutbum Wallah citizens have been handed information packs on what they should do if they encounter a Green Revolutionist. The leaflet advises that 2 steps should be taken.

1. Point directly at the Green Revolutionist

2. Laugh long and loud, making sure to use insulting hand gestures and body language.

Changing what would have otherwise been fatally flawed is not a crime.
Nor is it a crime to give a loving couple seperated only by their species' genetic makeup the ability to create a child.
