Question about GPS guided munitions

Can GPS guided munitions like the various JDAMs hit moving targets like tanks? Other smart weapons it is easy to understand how they can, but JDAMs use programed co-ordinates, which are stationary.
Can anyone help me?
I don't really think so, although there are GPS munitions that have a warhead that carries anti-tank submunitions (like the CEB version of the tomahawk, etc)

That's what I thought. There's also a GPS guided Rockeye replacement, I forget the name...
It couldent hit anything moving fast, but if it was aiming for a large tracked target such as a train, it would move into it. most gps is acurate to an inch

Not an inch, more like a few meters. The JDAM has a CEP of only 2-3m I think.
And you probably misunderstood. Accuracy isn't the ability to hit moving targts.
