We cordially invite any nation to place an Embassy, High Commission or Consulate (or an Embassy/Consulate mixture) in our capital city of Wellidelphia.
We would like this is be recipricated and for El Kiwi to place representives in your cities.

Greetings, fellow new nation! As the foreign minister of TGRM, I am delighted to hear of an enthusiastic nation looking for peaceful diplomatic relationships. I myself would gladly want to establish an embassy in your capital. However, I'm sorry to say, since I am the only person in our whole nation who you could rely 100% on not to gnaw on your leg or something else painful, and since there are always issues keeping me busy in our nation, I'm afraid that I really can't dare to send any ambassadors to your nation, for the sake of your peoples' well-being. The same applies for any attempts to form an embassy here, your ambassador would run the danger of being eaten alive. I hope you can accept my apologies.
However, if you would ever need military or diplomatic help, I'm sure I could wrestle the warlord to send some assistance to help you out (some excuse about foreign goblins in the area in needing it or something).
