OOC: Hi there.
I'm new here but I've been delving into the idea of creating, managing and going to war with people's personal countries with friends for a long, long, long time, and I like this place.
Anyway, the only bad part is there are so many "timeframes" and a lot of "godmodding" and otherwise nonsense ideas. I want to make a sort of subgroup for RP that isn't really modern and not really future-tech, more like a life-based RP with actual or realistic tech for the future. There are just too many people all wanting the best thing, and anytime someone comes up with something better, they all just make something even more insane.
Basically I'm creating a region for people who want to have a somewhat closed RPing place with actual bounderies on what you can do so nobody can interfere and fudge it up. I'm probably too new, so nobody will pay attention to me, but I'm just trying to create something fun. The way things are there are TOO many people in Nationstates and it's just too much, so I'm trying to make something smaller with the same sort of international community feel without the wackos. Things like trading, selling ships and weapons, going to war, alliances, etc.
I don't know if anybody would be interested but the time-frame for this region is about 2100-2200 earth-time with some basic space technology. The region is "Sol" and it takes place around Earth's solar system and surrounding areas. Telegram me if you're interested in joining, though it's probably just a pipedream.
