Ok im gonna declare war on the mobtiw cuz he's a ween. I just wish I knew how to post pictures... someone please tell me! Oh yea... I will start the war tomarrow with my secret plan called 'Operation British' I need to post a picture though...TELL ME!!!

How's about you wait a while before declaring war, especially on The MOBTIW. He's a big nation, you're a little one. Read the stickies and announcements in the NS and II forums. Nanakaland posted a good one.
