The Xanthalian Ministry of Justice announced today that the death penalty would no longer be a punishment in the Xanthalian justice system. Instead, all crimes formerly punished by death will henceforth be punished by exile to the planet of Mirfak III.

Weapons testing? In very deed! big weapons to! not just those puny ones tha you test out in the middle of nowhere, we're talking weapons you use to kill whole worlds!
We can test those on any planet. If we tested weapons on Mirfak III they would probably be biological or chemical, since there are actual people there.
