OOC: With Japan's current situation, I'd like to be able to acquire some equipment, but not with storefronts, and room for blockades, sunken shipments, asset seizures, etc. I know some of you were interested in the war in the East Pacific. Now is a good time to get involved.

IC:

Japan's Imperial Military is seeking good quality military equipment to bolster our military ranks. We seek help from the international community in this respect.

OOC: East Pacific... crap. Roania Isle is in the East Pacific!... well, it's equidistant between Indonesia, Hawaii and Russia. Should I be worried?

Good. Because people generally find that having chemical bombardment occur to their civilians is a bad thing. I'm sure I can trust that there will be no 'stray missiles'.
