SPARTEN, the international things you do like trade, diplomatics, war etc. is mostly Role-Playing. Well if you read those stickies you'll understand. But i'll make a short one here:
You can't RP other nations' things.
You must RP your own losses, so if someone sends a nuke in your capital, you cannot just say "we evacuated em all and no one died". Try following the war threads and the threads with a subject which ends to (RP).
