Well, the flag looks cute, but the motto seems a bit strange and I don't see how these point to Twinky Sparkles.

I believe file size rather than dimensional is of greatest importance in the case of national flags.. mostly I'm just posting to get an explanation of Avilion -'s motto.
The flag's quite nice- looks a little Polynesian, mind, but at least it's original [throws around numbers like seven or eight]

"Fell purpose" — crass or shallow intentions. "Suffer not to Stand" — will not be tolerated.

10/10 flag, but that might be because I'm impressed by shiny things, and I haven't a clue how to do that.

8/10 for the flag, while alone it would be confusing, it fits great with the name.
2/10 for the motto. You could think of something better than 'k'.

Haha.. nice [hides engineers from The Pakleds and gives them a nine for the motto (due to being easily amused..)] ..and a good seven for the flag- can't be too harsh on the poor confused souls.
