The Imperial Government has recently bowed to public pressure and has commissioned a space exploration program (although some dissenting members of the Imperial Cabinet believed that the money used for this program could have been better allocated to more religious education in schools on top of the compulsory hour of catechism).

I'm only looking to acquire one ship and the equipment and expertise required to support that ship - that way I can get involved in space RPs, and still preserve the character of my nation. The BHL-44 sounds very interesting. What kind of support systems would we have to build and maintain in order to keep it running, and what are its running costs? This is a major investment for the Imperial Government, and we want to make sure we've considered all the costs before committing to anything.

The construct-mind built into the ship will be able to provide full system evaluation, as well as a full understanding of what its own needs are. We would be willing to sell you a fully capable self-maintainance unit for an additional 15 billion which would only require the occasional repair of advanced robotics system, and a semi-steady influx of iron (2.34 tons a month) into the repair module.

If a major problem should occur, We would be more than happy to send one of Our Replicant Dreams Mobile Maintainance Units (http://www.silentrequiem.net/angelus/replicant.html) to assist in the rebuilding efforts. Again, with that option, the only cost would be the iron tonnage required for repairs.

The ship will be considered fairly expendable - we want it to be able to defend itself but we're not going to go overboard on its defence. The Holy Empire of Pantocratoria isn't planning on getting into any wars in the stars. I thank Tiburon for its offer, however.

The BHL-44 seems the best equipped for exploration operations, however, it seems a little vulnerable. Thankfully, the Ministry of Space Exploration's budget was doubled, and we are now able to purchase two primary vessels.

The Holy Empire of Pantocratoria therefore accepts the tenders of the Holy Empire of Angelus and of the Principality of Roania. The Ministry of Space Exploration will purchase both the BHL-44 and the Wombat cruiser, and all required support equipment.

Payment will be made upon confirmation of these orders.
