This is just a list of some new changes being made in the Holy Empire of Kecha, and a reason or two for each change, comments are welcomed as we want to know what foreigners think of these changes as well as what our own people think.
Change #1: From now on, music made by Kechan bands will have some hidden propoganda inserted in their works, nothing that will disrupt the flow of the music or anything, just something to tap into the people's sense of national pride.
Change #2: The Kechan Organized Poetry Society(K.O.P.S.) shall now recieve Government funding, poetry is becoming a mainstream art in Kecha, it helps calm the spirit, and it helps people express themselves to a degree, it is estimate some 60% of the funding for the K.O.P.S. will be from tthe Government.
Change #3: Laws concerning Sexual Alteration Operations are being loosened, in other words, it isn't so hard, legally, to get a sex change, the legal red tape was causing us so much trouble, and there was no reason to cause people wanting SAOs so much difficulty.
