Early this morning, a speech to given by the president of the Austar Union president President Jefferson was interupted by shots from an unknown location. It is believed that they were fired from one of the nearby buildings. The AIO (Austarian Intelligence Organisation) whisked the President off in an emergancy straight away into hiding,leaving the crowd of watchers running in mass panic. The president has reported to being in a fine condition with no injuries. The shots fired had missed, and a large scale investigation by the AIO is underway.

The Lord Reavers interest was peaked by the reports coming from his agents in the Austar Union. He did not care for this Jefferson, bu he knew of no one who would order his death. His death could be turned to my advantage...

Grunting softly, he barks a command and sends orders to his various agents inside the Austar Union. He would find out who ordered this hit, and spread the word that his death would be immensely profitable for the assassin.

The AIA has intercepted a message from the Pantera government to their agents inside the AU. The President delivered a msg to the Panteran Government: "Why would you want me dead? We request that you remove your agents immediatly. All foreign national may remain in our nation. We do wish you didnt call for my assasination."

The Lord Reaver has issued a curt reply, saying only,"The World would profit if all such fools were purged."

Panteran agents within AU continue to offer fabulous sums for the death of the resident.

In Cohesion with the AIA, orders have been given to arrest all Panteran Agents, and if nessacary kill them. If they are to be arrested and they will be forced to leave the country. As tensions rise with Pantera, the trial for the assasination attempt has happened. 7 men were tried and found with treason and attepted murder by a grand jury in the AU Supreme Court today. Sentancing has been delayed until later on this week.

President Jefferson has delivered this message to the Panteran Government:

"We will never surrender to the tyrannical rule of the Panteran Government. We simply want tensions between our two nations to decline. However, if nessasary, we will defend ourselves. We may lose the fight, but we will go down fighting. If we have to defend ourselves, we assure you, every man will go down standing."
